1. Shipping & Logistics
Trusted Courier Partnership:
All international orders from www.entoun.shop are shipped safely via our trusted global courier partner, FedEx.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and are calculated and added automatically during the checkout process on the Billing and Shipping information page.
2. Custom Clearance, Import Taxes & Duties
Export & Customs Processing:
All luxury jewelry orders are dispatched directly from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with complete export documentation. However, all international shipments must undergo standard customs clearance in the destination country.
Import Duty Responsibility:
FedEx customs teams handle clearance procedures upon arrival. If the destination country levies any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees, the customer is solely responsible for paying these charges to FedEx prior to final delivery.
Pre-Purchase Advice:
Customers are strongly advised to verify their country’s specific import regulations, duty thresholds, and tax policies prior to placing an order on www.entoun.shop.
3. Secure Delivery & Identity Verification
Recipient Name & Address Requirements:
To ensure seamless delivery, customers must enter the exact legal name of the consignee/recipient (matching a government-issued photo ID), along with a complete address, nearby landmark, postal code, and active phone number.
Identity Verification at Delivery:
For security purposes, the FedEx delivery agent will verify and record the recipient’s identity before handing over the shipment. Recipients must present a valid government-approved original photo ID or address proof.
Approved Delivery Locations:
Orders are delivered exclusively to verified Residential or Commercial (Office) addresses. Deliveries cannot be made to public places, including shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or roadside locations.
4. Unsuccessful Deliveries & Order Returns
Delivery Attempts:
If the recipient is unavailable, FedEx will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
Return Shipping & Re-Import Costs:
If the package remains undelivered or is rejected by the customer after 3 attempts, the shipment will be returned to the dispatch headquarters in Dubai, UAE. In such cases, all return shipping fees and re-import duties incurred in Dubai will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.
5. Trade Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance
OFAC Sanctions Compliance:
In strict adherence to United Arab Emirates federal laws, www.entoun.shop will NOT deal with, process orders for, or provide services or products to any country sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
