1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Where does Entoun Jewellery deliver?

    We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah, and all other UAE Emirates using local express courier services (e.g., FedEx).

  • What is the standard delivery timeframe?

    Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Dubai Time) are processed for delivery within 1 to 2 business days (T+1/2). Local UAE orders feature next-day delivery for in-stock items.

  • What currency are payments processed in?

    All transactions are charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Currency converters on our store provide approximate estimates in your local currency.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • What is Entoun Jewellery’s return window?

    We offer a 10-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original saleable condition, with unbroken packaging and all original tags attached.

  • How are refunds processed?

    Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are credited back to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

  • Are sale items refundable?

    No, promotional products and items sold on special sale offers are non-refundable.

  • What happens if I cancel before delivery?

    If a return or cancellation occurs after dispatch but prior to delivery, two-way shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. In-Store Exchange Policy (Dubai, UAE)

  • Can I exchange jewelry in-store?

    Yes, items can be exchanged at any Entoun Jewellery store in Dubai, UAE within 10 days of purchase. You must present the original purchase invoice and valid proof of identity.

  • What are the exchange terms for Gold Jewelry?

    • Within 10 Days: 100% value exchange with no loss in gold weight or making charges for items in original condition. Exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase.

    • After 10 Days: Stone weight and making charges will be deducted, and gold value will be calculated based on the prevailing daily market rate.

  • What are the exchange terms for Diamond Jewelry?

    Diamond pieces can be exchanged or upgraded for Diamond Jewelry only. The exchange value is calculated at original invoice value minus making charges.
