Entoun Jewellery will refund any cancelled orders less the agreed cancellation charges which are applied by each supplier & any applied costs. These charges will be shown at the time of payment and confirmation.
All refunds of any transaction amount will be made to the original form of payment. All complaints and order issues should be made in writing.
Transaction currency
All payments are charged in Dirham the currency of the country United Arab Emirates which is displayed on our website as AED. Our currency converter is a simple tool to give you an approx. value in your local currency. We will not be responsible for bank charges or fees applied by your credit card or bank; it is only for approximate guidelines and may differ slightly to what you are charged.
Delivery & Replacement policy
Your order will be confirmed after placing order and receipt of payment. Delivery in Dubai and Sharjah, other Emirates will be delivered using a local courier service FEDEX and will be a next day delivery service if the products are available to be purchased.
The contents of each Jewellery are subject to availability. www.entoun.shop reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate, and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value. Delivery information such as Customer Name, Location, Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored. Delivery is available for orders received before 5.00 PM Dubai time and will be delivered by T+1/2 (next 1/2 days Max).
Eligibility & registration requirement
You are eligible to register as a buyer benefit from the Services if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

RETURN
- ENTOUN Jewellery Return policy lasts 10 days. If there is 10 days since your purchase, Entoun Jewellerry can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To return, your item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the unbroken original packaging and incudes all the tags.
- In case the return is initiated after the item is shipped but before it is delivered, then the customer would pay for the shipping charges both ways.

EXCHANGE JEWELLERY POLICY
- Customer can change jewellery at any Entoun Jewellery store, Dubai , Uae.
- Customer should keep the invoice and exchange within 10 days after purchase date
- There will be no loss in Gold Weight and Making Charges, provided the jewellery is in its original saleable condition.
- The exchange has to be of the same value or higher.
- Only one such exchange will be permitted against the invoice.
- For exchange after 10 days, from the invoice date, Stone weight and Making Charge will be deducted. Value of the gold will be provided as per the gold rate on the day of exchange.
DIAMOND
- Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged or upgraded for diamond Jewellery only. In case of exchange, the amount will be calculated at invoice value less making charges.
TERMS
- Standard exchange terms will not be applicable on promotional products and products sold on special offers.
- Any exchange policy will be applicable only on submission of original invoice with valid proof document of the invoice holder details mentioned on the invoice.
- All the Taxes and Duties, as applicable at the point of exchange need to made by the customer end.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the item, for exchange.
Refunds
- As soon as your return received and inspected, Entoun Jewellery customer care will notify you by email after received your returned item and will also notify by email for approval or rejection of your item refund.
- Refund will be processed as soon as your return approved
- credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount in next 10 working days.
- If you haven’t received a refund, contact credit card company, contact your bank. It takes some processing time for refund.
