What can I return?
- You may request return for an item listed as returnable on the product listing page within the stipulated return window.

Can I replace an item?
- If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available in stock.
- In case the same item is not available in stock, we will initiate refund
How do I return/replace an item?
- In order to return an order, go to “Account” section on ENTOUN website, select “Order History”
- Login using registered details
- Select the order you wish to return/replace
What are the return guidelines?
- The item you wish to return must be eligible for return;
- If return is not eligible for reverse pickup, a self-ship option will be given* (customers can claim refund against reverse shipping charges)
- Once return is received, in accordance with Return Policy, you will be issued refund to your original mode of payment.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account via Bank transfer.
When will I get my refund?
- Refund is processed once the returned item/s are received by ENTOUN.
- Timeline for refund to be processed within 10 working days from the date of receive return product receipt by ENTOUN.
What are the guidelines to accept shipments?
- Before accepting shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.
- In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will assure you refund upon such refused delivery, provided the order is prepaid.
